Join us for a free, community-centered Book Swap where fellow readers come together to give, take, and discover pre-loved books.

Bring up to 5 gently used books to swap—and find some new-to-you treasures in return! Whether you’re into fiction, non-fiction, romance, or thrillers, there’s something for every book lover.

We’re thrilled to host a special giveaway during our Book Swap — and it’s all for a good cause!

Enter to win a bundle of book-lover goodies, including exclusive merch, handmade items, and more donated by local makers and vendors. Every entry supports the Rahab’s Sisters, their mission is to build community through radical hospitality with women and gender-diverse individuals marginalized by poverty, houselessness, sex work, violence, and substance use.

PRICING
$2 per ticket
$10 for 6 tickets

All proceeds go directly to Rahab’s Sisters.

Winner announced at 2:30 PM. Don’t need to be present to win

FAQs

  • Bring up to 5 gently used books and exchange them for new-to-you reads! For every book you bring, you can take one home. It’s a 1-for-1 swap.

  • All genres are welcome—fiction, non-fiction, poetry, memoirs, YA, etc. Just make sure they’re in good condition (no missing pages, excessive damage, or mold).

  • Yes! The event is completely free to attend. And all ages are welcome! Please RSVP below.

  • Yes! We’ll have local vendors offering bookish goods, handmade items, and more. Plus, The Axe & Rose will have drinks available for purchase.

  • Any unclaimed books at the end of the event will be donated to local charities or community libraries.

  • To keep things fair and manageable, we ask that you bring no more than 5 books. If you have more you’d like to donate, feel free to reach out in advance!
